These guys were great . On a Saturday morning with a full waiting area they were able to balance a set of wheels and tires I brought in and mount them on my truck in a very reasonable amount of time. They will definitely be my go to place for tires in the future.

Traveling on 84 had a blowout. 5 hours from my destination. After putting on the little spare tire, got information on Rapid Tire which was less than 3 miles away. Great customer service, friendly, down to earth people! Could not be happier. They got me on my way as fast as possible and I was able to finish my journey home. Rapid Tire Service in Montgomery, NY provided fantastic customer service! We were within three hours of our final destination after a very long day when we noticed one of the tires had a bulge in the sidewall due to hitting a huge pothole. It was after 4:30 and most places were closing at 5 so I was panicking trying to find a used tire so we could get home. Luckily, I called Rapid Tire and was thrilled they had a tire to fit my car. They gave us great directions to their shop and waved us into the garage as we drove in the parking lot. The staff stayed late to get us back on the road. We appreciate their help very much!
